Can I draw curved arrows?

Not in v1 — straight arrows only. Curved / bent arrows are on the roadmap.

What about double-headed?

Add a second arrow on top with the start and end reversed.

How big is the arrowhead?

Auto-sized to ~15% of shaft length (capped 8-20pt). Looks proportional regardless of arrow size.
