Batch Rename PDFs

Rename a stack of PDFs by pattern — tokens like {n}, {original}, {date}, {pages} for clean numbering and metadata-aware names.

Your files never leave your browser. All processing happens on your device — nothing is uploaded.

Need at least 2 files (have 0).

How does the Batch Rename PDFs work?

Rename a folder of PDFs with one consistent pattern — perfect for cleaning up scanner output ("scan_001.pdf, scan_002.pdf") into something useful like "Invoice-2026-05-04-001.pdf". The pattern uses simple tokens: {n} for a 1-based zero-padded index, {original} for the original filename without .pdf, {date} for today's date, and {pages} for the page count read from each file. The PDFs themselves are not modified — only the filenames change. The renamed files come back as a single .zip so you can drop them straight into a folder.

🔒 Security & Privacy
