How do I use the vCard?

Copy the BEGIN:VCARD…END:VCARD block from page 2, paste it into a text file with a .vcf extension, and double-click — your OS will offer to add it to your contacts app.

Why is the card-image page 420 × 280 points?

That's a US-business-card aspect ratio in PDF points (~5.83 × 3.89 inches). Big enough to print legibly, small enough to be a discreet file.

Are the photos uploaded?

No — both processing and PDF assembly happen in your browser.
