How does the Closing Disclosure Checker work?
Run a quick audit on a Closing Disclosure (the standard CFPB CD form used in US residential mortgage closings). The tool inspects the PDF's form fields and reports whether the critical fields — borrower / seller names, property address, loan amount, interest rate, monthly P&I, closing costs, cash to close, loan term — are present AND filled in. Useful as a final sanity check before sending the CD to closing agents, or as a triage when you receive a CD and want to verify it before signing. This is heuristic-only — works on CDs whose form fields use the standard naming. Tightly stylised CDs from non-standard sources may report misses that aren't real.
